It’s that time of year again when we all say, wait a minute, are we in April already?

As I write this between chocolate eggs and two-up it occurs to me that not only is change all around us but even the pace of change is picking up.

As a younger person, I can remember always having millionaires in our business lives. But billionaires? We didn’t even know how many zeros that was. Now everyone’s home is worth a million dollars and in this digital age an Entrepreneur can start a business in university and by the time he or she turns 30 they are a billionaire. It used to take 2 or 3 generations to do that. This month we look at the rich list and see the Who’s Who of Money.

We also come way back down to earth and discuss why renting is not so bad after all and why you can still create wealth while renting. It's very topical as the younger generation stresses about not being able to afford home ownership.

We also have our second part of the 10 predictions for equities for 2017.

Have you noticed the banks are creeping up their interest rates and not in line with the RBA? Well, very few people know or care it seems from a recent survey. We discuss whether it is time to review your lending requirements.
